Meet Jerry

Jerry Valencia is a California Real Estate Commercial Broker, has been actively involved in the Commercial Real Estate and Telecom industry for more than 50 years. Jerry has worked in numerous markets, including Asia, Mexico, and most major markets in the United States. Over his career, he has closed over $900 million worth of sales, development, and leasing deals.

Jerry has specialized in investments, including raw land, office, apartments, R&D, and retail site locations. Jerry's experience and expertise includes working with clients: Tishman Speyer Properties, The Kol Company, The Rreed Funds, Sentre Partners, La Salle Partners, Trammel Crow, Zelman Development, Peter Kiewit, Rothbart Development, Worldcom, (Director of RE) Level 3 Communications (Dir. of RE.), as well has partnered with Morgan Stanley and Goodwin Gaw, and acted as a General Partner with the Rockefeller Group on a $50m asset. A few of his notable transactions include the first California Wal-Mart, the first Smith's Food in California, LA Community Hospital, and a 4,000-acre land deal in Otay Mesa (De La Fuente).
